Pinus strobus ‘Diggy’ – dwarf variation of eastern white pine;
- thick, conical habit – initially might be irregular,
- slow growth – reaches 100 cm after 10 years,
- blue-green needles, different needle lengths – variation seems to be ‘unkempt’,
- requires permeable and moderate garden soils,
- likes sunlit or semi-shaded positions,
- for collector’s, home gardens as well as for containers.
