Pinus nigra ‘Maritima’ – one of the most original pine;
- variation of black pine of irregular, loose habit,
- fast growth rate – reaches 4 m in 10 years,
- very long, firm, green needles,
- variation is resistant to different soil conditions,
- grows well in sunlit or partly shaded positions,
- for urban planting, parks, hedges, group plantings and as a solitaire tree.
That variation has exceptionally long needles among pines.
