Pinus sylvestris ‘Globosa Viridis’ – variation of Scots pine;
- grows spherical in early years, it may produce a stem further on,
- reaches 1,5 m and 1m width in 10 years,
- green and slightly twisted needles,
- characterized by needles of two lengths,
- requires sandy slightly acidic soils, grows well in sunlit and partially shaded positions,
- recommended for rockery or home gardens.
