Pinus strobus ‘Green Twist’

Pinus strobus ‘Green Twist’ (syn. ‘Green Curls’) – one of the most unique eastern white pine; 

  • thick, spherical habit, 
  • slow growth – reaches 50 cm diameter after 10 years, 
  • blue-green needles, 
  • characterised by strongly twisted needles, 
  • requires permeable, slightly acidic soils,
  • should be planted in sunlit or semi-shaded positions, 
  • good for home gardens, rockeries and containers. 

This unique plant presents exceptionally well graften onto the trunk. Does not require cutting.
