Picea pungens ‘Białobok’ – Polish variation of Colorado spruce;
- has a irregular in early years, later conical habit,
- yearly growth of 20 cm,
- firm, sharp, silvery-blue needles,
- characterized by creamy-white tree increments in spring,
- grows well in moderate soils in sunlit positions,
- especially recommended for colour arrangement, planting for home and oriental gardens as well as a solitaire tree.
It is immune to plant diseases and frost. Variation found in Lublin by Jan Białobok.
