Pinus parviflora ‘Fukuizumi’ (syn. ‘Fukuzumi’, ‘Fuku-zu-mi’) – interesting variation of Japanese white pine of effuse habit;
- typical growth rate – 15-20 cm a year,
- medium-length, soft, blue- green needles,
- characterised by slightly twisted needles,
- requires permeable soils,
- good for planting in sunlit and partly shaded positions,
- recommended for oriendal and home gardens as a solitaire tree or for shaping a bonsai tree.
