Pinus strobus ‘Wiggles’ – decorative variation of eastern white pine of flat-spherical, compact habit;
- reaches 1,5 m and 80 cm width in 10 years,
- soft, medium-length needles; blue colour
- characterised by twisted needles and shoots, ,
- grows well in permeable and moderate soils,
- for sunlit or semi-shaded positions,
- good for home gardens, as a solitaire tree and for containers.
Variation was selected in 1999. It’s a sister variation to Pinus strobus ‘Squiggles’. Fully resistant to frost.
