Pinus strobus ‘Sea Urchin’

Pinus strobus Sea Urchin’ – spherical shape of eastern white pine; 

  • compact habit that shapes into a perfect sphere, 
  • reaches 50 cm in 10 years, 
  • soft needles of a vivid light-blue colour, 
  • grows well in permeable soils in sunlit and partly shaded positions,
  • sensitive to chill winds – it’s recommended to plant it among other plants,
  • good for home and oriental gardens and rockeries.

Presents  well grafted onto the trunk. Does not require cutting.
