Pinus parviflora ‘Goldilocks’

Pinus parviflora ‘Goldilocks’ (syn. ‘Goldylocks’) – attractive variation of Japanese white pine;

  • irregular shape, 
  • dwarf variation – reaches 150 cm and 100 cm width in 10 years, 
  • green needles,
  • characterised by yellow tree increments. In autumn needles turn gold, 
  • has multiple cones,
  • grows well in permeable, humous soils, 
  • recommended for semi-shaded positions, 
  • for oriental and home gardens as a solitary tree and for colour arrangement planting.
