Pinus parviflora ‘Dai-Ho’ – japanese white pine variation;

  • wide-conical variation, 
  • reaches 150 cm and 100 cm width after 10 years, 
  • blue-green needles, 
  • multiple, ornate cones, 
  • one of the few Japanese white pines that maintains needles on older shoots, 
  • requires permeable soils, grows well in sunlit and partly shaded positions, 
  • for oriental and home gardens or as a solitaire tree.
