Pinus parviflora ‘Dai-Ho’ – japanese white pine variation;
- wide-conical variation,
- reaches 150 cm and 100 cm width after 10 years,
- blue-green needles,
- multiple, ornate cones,
- one of the few Japanese white pines that maintains needles on older shoots,
- requires permeable soils, grows well in sunlit and partly shaded positions,
- for oriental and home gardens or as a solitaire tree.
