Pinus parviflora ‘Beran’ – compact variation of Japanese white pine;
- hemispherical habit,
- dwarf variation – reaches 50 cm in diameter in 10 years,
- short, blue-green needles,
- low soil requirements-demands permeable soils, grows well in sunlit positions,
- often planted in oriental and home gardens as well as in rockeries.
Variation comes from Czech Republic.
