Picea pungens ‘Pali’

Picea pungens ‘Pali’ – dwarf variation of Colorado spruce;

  • thick, spherical habit,
  • grows slowly – reaches 50 cm diameter in 10 years,
  • short, light-blue needles,
  • tolerant plant – grows well in moderate soils,
  • good for sunlit positions,
  • home gardens, rockeries, for containers and balconies.

Often encountered as a grafted plant on a stem. Variation comes from Hungary.
