Picea pungens ‘Glauca Globosa’ (syn. ‘Globosa’) – variation of Colorado spruce of compact and acervate habit;
- grows hemispherically in early years, it may produce a stem further on,
- dwarf variation – after 10 years reaches 100 cm diameter,
- firm, blue needles,
- does not have soil requirements,
- grows well in sunlit or partly shaded positions,
- for home gardens or containers.
Often grafted onto the trunk.
