Juniperus x pfitzeriana ‘Gold Fern’ (syn.‘Goldfern’) – dwarf variation of Pfitzer juniper;
- irregular and compact habit,
- slow growth – reaches 60 cm diameter in 10 years,
- short, yellow needles,
- grows well in moderate garden soils, recommended for sunlit and partly shaded positions,
- good for oriental and home gardens, as well as rockeries.
Looks well grafted onto the trunk.
